  First, the truck I rent was not clean and well maintained. The cart was not mounted and the carpet was not packed. There was some trash in the driving room, too. I returned as how it was and got a $25 cleaning fee. I got a call three days ago. The man talked to me is pretty nice and I got the money back in four days.
  
  Second, I rented the truck on Saturday and on the Thursday next week I received a call told me I broke their door of their stock room by the truck. But the manager on Saturday saw us driving out and said nothing! On Thursday I went to the place and wanted to check what happened immediately. Another manager (an old lady) was extremely unfriendly and basically she just yelled at me "It's you because I know it's you". When I tried to clarified what I thought, she was extremely inpatient and then she tried to say we scratch the truck, too.
  
  I feel very sad about the service and I have wasted quite a lot of time there... Maybe after a month I will be told I damaged something more...
