  Larry helped me purchase a home in Chapel Hill recently, and was personable, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped to get a great price and a flawless close. Larry's very detail-oriented, and generally a step ahead on all the relevant information and paperwork. I've purchased and renovated a few homes over the years and sometimes feel like I know more about building and negotiating than my agent, but Larry was a welcome exception. On that note, I was also very impressed with the companies he found for the pre-purchase inspections, probably among the best I've worked with. Larry's pretty direct and honest, so if you're looking for an agent who will only tell you what you want to hear, look elsewhere. Otherwise, I recommend without reservation.
