  Abort. Abort. Stay clear of Alison! I took my kids to get a haircut today. While waiting the kids approached the A/C unit to cool off as it was very hot outside. I was sitting right next to them, supervising them when I hear an irritated voice (Alison's) from nearly across the room telling them "Don't touch that! It's expensive!". Annoyed by the fact that Alison disregarded my role, the responsible, non-indulgent supervising parent, I pointed out that the kids were NOT touching anything but simply drying off. To which Alison replies "Yes, they were touching. That thing is very expensive and if it breaks the owner will be very upset". Calling a paying customer a liar is disrespectful. Doing it in front of other customers is plain stupid. If Alison prefers to make a scene and call me a liar instead of putting up a sign on the A/C unit that says "Do not touch", maybe the issue isn't really the value of the appliance, but rather with her intellectual reach. Or maybe the real issue is her dislike for a large group of customers. And talking aloud about me and my children while serving other customers, as she did, is further indication that Alison shouldn't be in an industry that deals with people.

  The young white lady with tattoos did not cut my hair as I wanted it. I showed her a picture of my previous hair cut and length. She cut my bangs way too short and did not texture my hair as I wanted. She was very rude asking me to keep my head still many times but I never moved it. The only movement I made with my head was when she moved it a certain way.
