  First time home buyer and my wife and I could not be happier! Our builder, John Picone, and listing agent, Sue Nicol, have made the experience truly wonderful. The home is of incredible quality and any small imperfections have been addressed and rectified in short order. We've lived in our home for nine months and have been recommending our community to all our friends! 5 stars for this amazing team!

  Terrible service by the sales team. No complaints about the actual home, but I was blatantly misinformed before moving in, and once I signed all the paperwork their team would not get back to me to address issues. They said homeowners are the “highest priority” but calls and emails were not returned, until weeks later I finally got one call back and was told “sorry, nothing we can do, we have to hit our year end number.” Didn’t offer any sort of additional help or solutions, just kept repeating the same sentence. Tried to contact other higher ups at Level to inform them of this conversation and they would only communicate via email after multiple attempts on my end. Everyone on my street is having the same concerns which are not being addressed. Extremely disappointed with how us “high priority” homeowners are being communicated with.
