  Great company. The office staff and aides care about their jobs and they are on top of things. I would trust my parents to these folks. Highly recommend Home Instead.

  All of the things I could want in a home health care agency I found in Home Instead-Chapel Hill. First and foremost, I want compassionate, friendly, competent care for my husband when I need to be away. I want ease in scheduling the home health care workers and the confidence that they will arrive at the agreed upon time. I have been impressed with all of the staff of the agency and their willingness to help me filing insurance claims, setting up automatic pay for services rendered and their ever good humor in all of our dealings. This is one part of our health care journey that has given me peace of mind. I recommend them without reservation.
