  We were extremely interested in a house rented through HCO Properties after moving back to the area when my husband separated from the Air Force. We tried repeatedly to call the property manager and were only sometimes able to reach him to ask questions we had on the property. We then applied for the home and after feeling like we came to an agreement on some issues we had brought up, we move our move in date by two weeks as we would be unable to get the military moving company scheduled in the roughly one week time frame we had originally put on our application. The owners of the property apparently thought this was far too much to ask and the only response we recieved from our property manager we spoke to was that they apparently received another application and are going with that instead. This is after we went through applying, agreeing to their terms on everything since the owner was completely inflexible on any of our questions, and receiving no help for us from the property manager we were dealing with. Overall a horrible, horrible experience with this company. Completely unprofessional, only interested in getting every penny they possibly can from potential renters, and difficult to deal with overall. Now to continue on with our house hunt as the past two weeks have been a waste of our time and money.
