  1. Guest Parking-Over last six months guest parking has improved. There are now designated spaces, but still not enough. There has been no feedback about request for medical/health companion care permits.
  2. I have only experienced minor critter problems in the six years I have lived here, and maintenance response was quick and appropriate.
  3. Exercise Room-Access has been inconsistent. Management was very responsive to inappropriate use of facility.
  4. Community Room for After-school program-Very positive for children and parents.
  5. Close to major highways, medical facilities, shopping centers, schools.
  5. Non-smoking community.
