  Chipotle is normally a go to for quick American style mexican food. On average, I enjoy visiting Chipotle but this location did not meet any of my expectations. On two separate occasions I was underwhelmed by the staff and practices at this location.
  Upon walking in the door, the tables were not clean, making it difficult to dine in. The second thing I noticed were the three heavily bearded men without any net covering their hair, I can only image the amount of hair that falls into the prepared food. Upon ordering I noticed two separate items that were out (white rice & black beans), both of what I normally put in my bowl. Staff member kindly apologized and informed me that there would be a 10 minute wait on the missing items. I chose to go with the brown rice (which was under cooked) and pinto beans.
  This Chipotle lacks leadership. A manager should be able to properly handle the fast paced environment of a franchise such as Chipotle. If the Manager isn't doing he job correctly, the GM should be stepping in. This isn't a strike on Chipotle as a corporation, but only on this specific location. I would not visit this location again.

  I just spent $18 on a steak burrito with a stale tortilla wrapped around cold steak, cold rice, cold black beans, and cold queso. Everyone was extremely overwhelmed by who was in charge of checking me out and the girl who put herself in charge of finally doing it was extremely rude.
  
  I am so sorry for inconveniencing you guys at 4:00pm on a Wednesday.
